The hotel offers great location and attentive staff who took care of us while we waited for our room. The rooftop bar has a wonderful ambiance but can get crowded. The breakfast was delicious, although the room itself felt rather basic. Overall, worth a stay in San Jose.

The hotel has a unique industrial vibe with
some fantastic design elements. Our stay was mostly enjoyable, although our room was located near a noisy breakfast area that disrupted our rest. Staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere was vibrant!

Staying at this hotel with my three small kids was a breeze. The rooftop restaurant was a hit for us, offering a great variety of foods that everyone loved. Plus, the staff was super attentive and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our family.
My children wanted more play areas for kids to enjoy while we relaxed. A designated family lounge would be fantastic for families.

pleasant stay but minor noise issue
The room was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff offered exceptional service, always with a smile and ready to assist. Additionally, the breakfast selection was diverse, and every option I tried was delicious, especially the fresh tropical fruits.
There was some noise from the street that was slightly disruptive at times.

Had an awesome time with friends! The rooftop was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after visiting the Jade and Gold museums. Staff was super helpful, and the breakfast spread was delicious! Plus, the casino on-site added some fun for the group.
The only downside was the slow service at the rooftop restaurant. we waited quite a while for drinks.
